What to include

• A clear subject (product question, privacy, abuse, press, or partnership)
• Whether your note relates to the inbox, password tool, test identity tool, or a guide
• For abuse: timestamps, sample message IDs if available, and a brief description — not a dump of unrelated personal data

Abuse

If you believe Thirtel is being used for phishing or fraud, say so clearly in the subject line when you write to abuse@thirtel.com. Reports are taken seriously; offending traffic may be slowed or blocked.

Privacy

Read Privacy first. Temporary inboxes are designed to disappear when their timer ends. Privacy requests go to hello@thirtel.com.

Guides and product questions

If you’re asking how temporary email works in general, the guides probably already cover it. Bugs, weird DNS behavior, and unclear copy are fair game for email.
